Frequently Asked Questions about Our Webinars
►What will I need to participate in a live Webinar?
You will need a telephone (landline or cellular) and a computer with an internet connection. Upon registration, you will receive a link to the webinar and a phone number to call. You will then watch the presentation on your computer screen and listen to the audio portion on your telephone.
►What is a copy of the live webinar?
A copy of the live webinar is included in the cost of your webinar registration. This is an on demand playback of both the audio and visuals of the webinar. You will recieve the webinar copy via email in a file that can be saved to your computer. Thus you will have permanent access to the webinar copy which can be viewed as many times as you choose.
►How many people can I invite if I pay for one webinar?
The $99 ticket buys one seat to the webinar. This means that you will be able to view the webinar from one computer and listen in from one phone line. If you want others in your company to join the online workshop from different phone lines and computers, then you would need to purchase an additional seat.
►I registered for a live webinar but cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Yes, we do require 48 hours notice to cancel and receive a full refund. Our webinars fill up quickly and we sometimes have a waiting list. If you are unable to attend, we need enough notice to contact other students on the list.
►When will I receive connection instructions to the webinar?
Upon receipt of payment, you will automatically receive connection instructions along with your receipt. This will include a website link and phone number to call along with a meeting number.
►Do you create custom webinars for a particular industry?
Yes! We can design a Hispanic marketing webinar focused on your particular industry. You will receive all of the latest statistics, trends and strategies to help you reach Hispanics in your niche market. The cost is $99 per participant with a minimum of seven participants.
►Is this webinar really just a veiled sales pitch for other products and services?
Absolutely not. No sales pitches are allowed directly or indirectly. In addition, we will never use your email contact information to spam you with "special deals or offers". You wont hear from us again after the webinar unless you choose to sign up for our newsletter.
►Do you offer continuing education credits?
Yes, many of our webinars offer continuing education credits for certain professions. You will receive a certificate via email after successful completion of the webinar and quiz. There is no charge for credits.
